We appreciate your interest in Bartlett United Methodist Church Kid’s Day Out program. We offer a Summer program that is open on Mondays and Thursdays during June and July. Our Fall program begins in August and runs through May and is open on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Our hours are 9:00 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Children may enroll for one or two days per week, but not all three days.
Pre-registration for Summer and/or Fall opens to the public usually in February. You may register on Monday, Thursday or Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Registration fees are payable at time of registration.You must fill out a registration packet and supply a certified copy of the child’s birth certificate and current shot record.

Tuition:
Summer- 1 day enrolled $125.00 (6 days)
2 days enrolled $250.00 (12 days)
The entire summer tuition must be paid no later than May14, 2010.
Fall- 1 day enrolled $73.00 a month
2 days enrolled $146.00 a month
Summer Term – Mondays and/or Thursdays- June and July
Fall Term – Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays- August 2010 – May 2011*
*exact dates to be determined, as we follow Shelby County Schools and the calendar is not available at this time
Ages:Child must reach age 6 months prior to starting and cannot turn 3 before September 30 for the fall term. The summer term is available to children 6 months through 4 years of age.
Children are placed in classes based on their age at the start of the term. They then stay in the same classroom with the same teachers until the completion of that term. A term is August-May.
Crib I- 6 – 12 months(8 children/ 2 teachers)
Crib II 13 – 18 months (9 children/ 2 teachers)
Toddler I – 19 – 26 months (12 children/2 teachers)
Toddler II – 25 – 30 months (12 children/2 teachers)
Toddler III – 28 months +(12 children/2 teachers)
This is a basis for placing children; however, we reserve the right to place a child where we feel they are best suited.All of our classes are staffed with two teachers.We do require all of our teachers to be CPR and First Aid trained.
