(1) The child's age on September 30 is used for class placement.

(2) The child must be completely toilet trained, both bladder and bowel, during the day. This means that the child is aware in advance of the need to go to the bathroom and is able to independently take care of all needs.

At registration a non-refundable registration fee and an advance payment of tuition for the last month of attendance is required. The advance tuition payment is refundable until August 1 upon receipt of written notice of withdrawal.
