Childrens Ministry
Our children are everywhere! They lead in worship, serve in community kitchens and learn about God through Sunday School and other BUMC programs. Our children experience Jesus and His Love in a variety of ways from praying and serving others.
Nursery Care and Childrens' Church are offered during service.

Music Ministry
The Music Ministry of Bartlett United Methodist Church exists to proclaim the Gospel through music and to serve God and our community of faith with the gifts God has given us.
We joyfully invite all who feel called to make music to join us. Ensemble opportunities are always open to new members, and no prior experience is required- only a willing heart, an open spirit, and a desire to grow and serve together with dedication.
Music ministry opportunities are available for children, youth, and adults, and there is a place for everyone who longs to praise God and support the worshipping life of our church.
United Women in Faith
All women are welcome to participate in Bartlett United Women in Faith. If you are looking for the camaraderie of Christian women, fellowship while serving others, and the opportunity to make lifelong friends, consider participating or joining one of our many Circles (small groups). Sunday School Classes
Sunday school meets at 10:15AM on Sunday mornings. We have adult and children classes that meet during this hour. Classrooms are located throughout the church in the Sanctuary Building, the Life Enrichment Center Building and the Chapel Building. There are classes for every age, as well as learning style. Some are classroom-oriented and some are discussion-based.

Youth/ Young Adult Ministry
The Bartlett UMC YOUTH MINISTRY is an active group of youth in Grades 7 through 12. We are involved in many activities including the Appalachia Service Project, Youth Choir, Foot Soldiers, Live Nativity, 30-Hour Famine, a semi-annual Crafts Fair, United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF), and many other regular weekly services and activities.
Our YOUNG ADULT MINISTRIES have opportunities to serve during their college and career years after High School graduation!
Outreach Ministry
The United Methodist Church states, "The mission of the church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world."
BUMC Outreach provides opportunities to serve and fulfill that mission statement. Bartlett UMC is involved in local, national, and international missions, and we have a spot for you to fit right in and serve.
United Methodist Men
The purpose of United Methodist Men (UMM) is to help men to grow in Christ, so others can know Christ. United Methodist Men is a creative, supportive fellowship of men who seek to know Jesus Christ, to grow spiritually, and to seek daily his will. The Bartlett UMM meet the second Saturday of every month at 8:00am in Fellowship Hall. All men are invited for a light breakfast, fellowship, and a special speaker. Breakfast is $5.
Recreation Ministry
Life enrichment happens through recreation. Recreation is an important part of the church. It provides people an opportunity to develop not only personal strength of body and soul, but community in fellowship with other Christians.
The recreation and athletics ministry of Bartlett UMC is designed to be an affirmation that Christian Ministry is for the whole person--spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially. Recreation is an important part of the church. Life enrichment happens through recreation.
BUMC Preschool
BUMC Pre-School has been established to provide a Christian environment in which young children may have experiences which will enable them to develop emotionally, socially, cognitively, and spiritually.
***The Preschool operates on a school year basis from late August until late May. Three and Four year old students are offered a variety of programs:
Three days =Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9am - 12:00pm or 9:00 - 2:30pm. Two days = Tuesday and Thursdays from 9:00am - 12:00pm or 9:00am-2:30pm. We also offer a 5-day program for 4 & 5-year olds. Students must be 4-years-old by March 31 in order to qualify for this program.
