Calling all crafters and artisans! The countdown is on for the 2026 Bartlett United Methodist Church Fall Crafts Fair, and we’re excited to welcome both returning and new vendors for another wonderful weekend of shopping, fellowship, and handcrafted treasures.

Fall Crafts Fair

November 6–7, 2026
9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. each day

Whether you’re a longtime vendor or joining us for the first time, we look forward to showcasing the incredible creativity and craftsmanship our community has to offer.

Online Registration Opens August 4

Online vendor registration opens Tuesday, August 4, at 8:00 a.m.

Please note that the registration link is already available, but registrations cannot be submitted until 8:00 a.m. on August 4.

Paper Registration Option

If you prefer to register by paper form, printable registration forms can be downloaded here:

 

 

Paper registrations will be accepted starting Wednesday, August 5, at 9:00 a.m. Please do not submit paper registrations early.

Church Office Hours

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

Important Registration Information

To help ensure space for as many vendors as possible, please keep the following in mind:

  • Vendors are limited to two booths maximum.
  • If you have booth preferences or require special accommodations, please include those requests in the Comments section of your online registration.
